Hello, and welcome to the fourth episode of Life on the Brink!

I am now exactly one week from my wedding day! It's been a crazy time of transition, and I know many of you are in the same place, whether you’re about to enter a new school year with brand new protocol, or your job is about to shift, or you’re moving house like me.

Change can be scary, and always comes with a bit of pressure. So what we’re talking about today is how to enjoy these in-between days, Even on the brink (hehe) of the next thing, how can we be intentional to enjoy each day and get our bodies and minds to chill out?
Today I'm sharing just a couple things that I have been implementing that have actually really helped me enjoy this crazy time.
